3 Quick Breakfast Ideas

I’ve always had trouble figuring out what to eat for breakfast. It has to be fast and easy which is why I am going to show you 3 easy, quick breakfast ideas.

Avocado Toast

1. Toast 2 slices of bread
2. While the toast is toasting, peel an avocado
3. Mash the avocado with a fork and add salt, pepper, and olive oil
4. Spread the avocado mix on the toast
5. Enjoy!

Açai Bowl

1. Prepare a bag of 1 banana, 1 cup of berries the night before
2. In the morning, blend 1 pack of açai berry and the bag of frozen fruits
3. Pour into a bowl and add granola, honey, and11111 fruit (bananas, strawberries)
4. Enjoy! (and take some pictures!)

Granola & Yogurt

1. Crush a granola bar (I prefer Nature Valley’s Honey and Oats!)
2. Combine with 2 scoops of Greek yogurt
3. Enjoy!
