DIY Pom Pom Easter Baskets

Pom poms, tassels, and any other garment has been very trendy on clothes, shoes, bags, and more. I decided to bring this trend to cute easter baskets! I saw a bunch of expensive baskets at Target with these trims and I thought it would be easy enough to recreate it myself.

All you need for this DIY is pom pom trim, hot glue, and a basket. I found the pom pom trim at Johann’s but you can get them here. I got the baskets at Target for $5 each. I picked these out because I could use them for bins to organize later. Lastly, you need candy or any other fun items to fill up your baskets.

So all I did was glue the trim to the edge of the basket. For the parts where the handle is, I cut the trim so it would fit all of the pom poms nicely.

Of course, you need to fill the baskets with some of your favorite candy. Peeps are always a must, as well as jelly beans, M&Ms, and Sour Patch Kids.
